Reiki is a little hard to describe for most of us! We often rely on our experiences with reiki to paint the picture. Today, we’re debunking the mystery of what reiki is.

So what does prepping for a reiki class look like? I know based off of my personal experience giving and taking reiki classes some tips and tricks to get you started.

More often than not people wonder why my Usui Reiki Class Series (Usui Reiki I, II, III, & IV) is such a huge time commitment. We spend five hours (11am-4pm) together the last Saturday of each month, practicing and discussing reiki. So I thought I’d walk you through what my first class generally covers, and my teaching style.
